Seat Ibiza 6J - What can I do?

Hi all,
SEAT forums are very quiet these days, especially for my aging Ibiza 6J. It's a 62plate MY13 Ibiza ST 1.6CR TDI
It's a bit poverty spec, but I'd like to start trying to fit some creature comforts.
List of things I'd like to do:
Swap Halogen lights to Xenon
Auto head lights
LH/CH lights
Heated seats
Swap the main dash out for a later Ibiza facelift so I can have the more modern infotainment system
Hiline IC? Not sure if that's possible because of the immobiliser challenges.
Already done:
Rear taillights from normal bulbs to later facelift LED.
Coded out bulb warning for rear LEDs
I'm guessing the starting point of most of these things is the BCM and I'd be looking for a 7E0 part number.
I've got VCDS etc, so not afraid to get stuck in with coding.
