Can the door panel be fully disassembled?

What I mean is,

Can i remove the parts highlighted below from the door panel?

The armrest cloth material worn out and I was thinking of reupholstering that and the backpanel with leather or something to make it look new again.

Officially not, but with a drill and a hot glue gun I think you'll get along very nicely.

I see, shouldn't be too hard I imagine, might give it a shot with the back panel first and see how it goes.
