Hi,can you tell me if you advise or not and where to buy a arm rest height adjuster,I took a trip on the highway and my arm was tired due to lack of support,thanks.

the oem armrest can be adjusted. You can tilt it up and down.

You can adjust but do not allow you to hold the steering wheel and lean your arm ie either hold the steering wheel and keep your arm in the air or rest your arm and hold the steering wheel with just one hand.

@J+silva; assuming you did mean to post on the AW Polo forum board, there is a product that can be fitted to the front lip of the storage compartment under the lid of the armrest to raise the height (available in three different heights)

Sorry to post here my mistake, but I had it done on a 3d printer, it's excellent and it was cheap.
