EPC light comes on when warm

I have a 9N polo and when I drive it it occasionally has the EPC light come on once its up To temp but if you turn the ignition off and start it again it clears. I have code read it and it had 3 faults in it they were and Manifold pressure sensor, intake leak detected and Air con refrigerant level. Before I carry out a leakage test is there any common areas that they have system leaks??
