VW POLO 6R TO 6C Tail Light Upgrade

I am own a 2013 VW Polo and have made a few modification to bring it up to current times. I am planning to update my cars Tail lamps from 6R to 6C.
please share details from were I can purchase wiring adapter kit for same. My car POLO 2013 - RHD
