Good evening folks, looking for some help with a window issue.
In the last few weeks I’ve noticed that the electric windows stop working on my 2019 model 69 plate Polo Gti+. If I start the car the windows will work okay both from the drivers switches and the individual door switches. However at some point on my journey ( usually in the first few miles / 5-10 minutes but not always ) the windows will cease to work. I’ve tried all the window switches but still nothing. The only way to “cure” the issue is to switch the engine off and then restart it. My journeys are usually fairly short so I don’t know how long this “cure” lasts.
My gut feeling is that this is a software issue rather than switches, etc.

Anyone else heard of this?

Just for info I should add that everything else ( keyless entry, keyless locking, mirrors, etc all seem to be okay.

Have you tried removing the battery cable for 2 to 3 minutes (with the ignition on and lights on to ensure all power in the control systems extinguish) then connecting the battery cable back up. This will reset the computers and has fixed a stuck rear camera on my Polo where nothing else was working.
