Anti-spam plug-in blocking me from posting autoscan on main account

Hi,
I’ve had to make this 2nd account as my main account has been blocked by the system.
It won’t allow me to post an auto-scan stating “Forbidden, post contains contacts, spam”
Main account name is Viperslider
Can I get this lifted somehow?
