I'm losing fluid from the washer system, probably the reservoir since after filling I see some water on the ground after a while.

Tried part fill and it seemed not to lose fluid (although it could have evacuated to the road while under way)

I had the bumper off last autumn but as best I can recall the reservoir is out of the way. Can't recall if I can access the reservoir from the front n/s wheel arch liner?

Any suggestions?

I think that you should get enough access via under the n/s wheel arch liner to see what the issue is.
