Does the R-Line front bumper hang lower than the standard one?

I'm thinking of doing some Frankenstein stuff with my car, but I'm not sure if the r line front bumper hangs lower than the standard one.

Annoyingly so, you can't use a standard pair of drive up ramps with an R line! Trolley jack and axle stands required for an oil change.
