I’ve got water condensation inside both front fog lights and have got moss growing inside, is there anyway I can clean it? I’ve had a look and I can only see the small bulb inlet hole as the only entrance point to the inside of the reflector unit. Any suggestions?

You will need to remove both lamps ,you can then add some white spirit or similar and agitate with a small paint brush through the bulb apertures then allow to dry out completely.
IMO it’s probably going to come back because water/ condensation is getting in there, a more effective repair would be to replace them .
