Anyone fitted coilovers to *soften* Polo GTI?

Hey guys
I have Polo GTI 2019.
The car is harsh as hell and this "sporty hard feel" kinda got old after driving it for 2+ years.
I really like the car otherwise, I was wondering if it is possible to somehow make it softer.
Will installing coil overs make it softer with a better road experience?
