Introduce myself+ couple questions.

Hello everyone.
My name is Dionysis, I'm new here.
I've just bought a 2005 1.9 SDI yesterday and there are a couple of questions I'd like to ask.
I have a Lupo SDI but it broke down the other day and I'm trying to bring it back to as close to a showroom state as possible, so I end up buying this Polo yesterday.
My first question is, are the wing mirrors so hard to fold in? I've tried but they just don't seem to fold.
One of the mirrors has been glued to the casing so I'm looking or replacing that with a new/used most likely from eBay.
Are they all heated or it depends on the spec?
How easy is to find and replace the cup holders on the dashboard?
Does anyone know where can I find the tailgate plastic panel, cause the one in it has the 2 plastic hooks broken and I want to replace that as well.
