Polo 6R 1.6tdi 2010 flywheel advice needed

Hello, I have my polo mapped at 160hp, 360nm torque.
I get slight slip on 3rd gear from time to time.
I am struggling to find a single mass flywheel for it, does anybody know what other polos/passat/golfs share the same flywheels? (Bolt pattern etc.)
I will be doing clutch plate upgrade and flywheel.. all bought seperately since the singlemass kits include a stock clutch which is no good for me.
Any advice is much appreciated.
