Central locking

Hello,
Just purchased a 2005 Polo and had a couple of issues one of which is fixed. First of all the windows wouldn't go down. Replacing the drivers side window motor done the job.
Second issue is the central locking.
The rear passenger side door is unplugged as the wrong locking unit has been installed.
When doors are locked from the passenger door all doors lock fine and unlock fine. (Obviously excluding rear passenger door)
When using the central locking button on drivers door or locking from drivers door only the drivers door and rear drivers side door operate correctly. The passenger front does not work.
My question is...
Is the rear passenger side door being unplugged enough to stop the front passenger door central locking operating when locking from the drivers side?
