Instrument cluster needles illumination leds p/n

Good day all.
In an ongoing saga with the leds which illuminate my rev and speedo needles I found that the leds are connected in series where if one dies then all 4 stop working.
I have removed them from the board but can't seem to see a part number.
Does anyone have any info please as id like to get them or suitable replacements to refit. An electrical schematic of the board would also be welcomed.

Edit: as a new member I forgot to intro my 2002 polo 1.4 16v vehicle. See pic below. It came to me with minimal history in Holland 2 months back. See pic
