Wiper pump suddenly stopped working

Good day fellow vw chums!
After the recent -10 cold snap we have experienced across the country and local at first I thought my wiper liquid lines had frozen. However its now clear that the motor is not turning over when I'm pressing the wipers on. I'm trying to find the fuse for the wiper pump and wipers are working. Just the pump no sound and or squirt.
