Dual Mass Flywheel cost?

Starting this like a letter to an agony Aunt. I not asking for me, I'm asking for a friend... LOL
OK so not a Polo question but another VAG group vehicle. A relative of mine runs a 2010 VW Jetta 1.6TDi (105bhp) It has a 7 speed DSG gearbox. Cars been looked after reasonably well and has 75K on the clock which is not too bad considering its age.
Problem is it's started to sound very very clattery on tick-over and the tick-over can be uneven. On the move it's quietens off and drives OK. Having had a listen, I thought I'd have quick Google and see if there any common issues that pop up. Low and behold I found a couple of YouTube videos that sound all but identical to the issues with the Jetta. It sounds like this.

So my best guess would be a failing DMF. Obviously the car need to be looked at by someone with more knowledge than myself. But I'm reasonably confident that is where his problems lie.
He's popped the car to transmission specialist this morning and they tend to agree (but want a proper look/diagnosis first. Which is fair enough) The kicker is they are quoting £1350 to replace the DMF. Now I know DMF's particularly for his particular 7 speedDSG are expensive £400+ for parts. But £1350 sounds very expensive. The components that get swapped don't look much more difficult than replacing a clutch.
Any opinions on cost?
