does anyone know the part number or where I can get the 2 bushings in the picture attached?

I recently got some replacement bush rod selectors from AutoDoc in Germany. Only cost a few pounds so I recommend you try there.
You put your registration number in the search options and it will find the correct part for you.
I got 2 bearing bushies for the shift rod for just under a fiver....

If I'm not mistaken you need part nrs 9 and 14 on picture below.
OEM part nrs are:
9) 357 711 590 B
14) 357 711 590 C
