Hello,

I want to install automatic light swith in my Polo 6r with stock xenon lights, stock rain sensor and "D" in VIN number. I read about ciclo's harness but they are no longer aviable. Where can I get it now? Any another manufacturer? Or where can I find details about part numbers of connectors, pins/socket type, and diagram to make it myself?

Best regards
.wide

I've made a few in the past, if you're handy you can make them yourself as well.

Yup, could you support in details like part number list?

Is it for stock light switch?
How about harness for switch with "auto position" (I prefer to use)?

10 pin connector contra 191972735
10 pin connector F 191972725
2 pin connector M 1J0972752
2 pin connector F 1J0972762
10 pin connector light switch 8E0971980
double relay holder 4H0937529 (MY2013+) OR 8E0937527

These are the parts I use. The original version is with a 10-pin ISO connector instead of the 191...

I got to say that's pretty cheap at x2car.de, I usually sell at about double that price, albeit with a light switch and installation.

This is what mine look like with the part numbers as mentioned above

Perfect, thanks!

So as I understand there is no exist female side for OE 1J0 972 999 to make this harness more plug&play, right?

Thanks, parts ordered!

Can I ask about section lengths as well? (it can be helpful for someone in future):

Image

A ?
B ?
C ?
D ?

I check what I need for BCM and I prepared some tabele. Is it correct?

According 4H0 951 253 C relays holder I'm little confused:
JPT sockets OE: N 906 844 05 (1mm2 cross section, rep. cable OE: 000 979 133 E / (no exist size socket for 0,5mm2 but exist 0,5mm2 rep. cable OE: 000 979 021 E)) - for pins 1,2?
MCP 4.8 OE: 018 545 49 26 (rep. cable: 1mm2 OE: 000 979 152 E or 2,5mm2 OE: 000 979 243 E) for pins 3,5 ?

I made them with the next approx lengths to facilitate the installation, and accommodate the wires in a harmonious way so it won't be a nightmare every time you remove any of the BCM connectors.

A=20mm
B=60mm
C=10mm
D=135mm from the original connector T10/2 to terminal 37a. The length of the wire for terminal 1a will then be defined.
F Fog signal = 85mm

With these lengths you have plenty to make the rectifications you need when crimping the terminals.

Relay holder 4H0937527 (in your case, 'D' MY).

Centimeter’s, I’m pretty sure? 😉
Thanks a lot.

Yup, my conclusions comes from your data from another topic. Now I have relay holder in my hands so I think I was right.

What is release tool for MPC4.8 socket?

Ah, so this same type. OK.

Are you sure about wire cross size for relay pin no1?
I have relay holder with a piece of stock wiring loom. Pins 1, 3, 5 has this same diameter. Bigger than you suggest for pin no1 on scheme - 0.5mm2

Through pin 1a the BCM sends the signal for low beam operation (Auto or normal), that is, it is a signal with which a wire section of 0.35 mm2 would be more than enough.

There are multiple reasons to determine the section of the wires in a relay holder...
