2Litre GTI in 9n Polo?

I’ve recently been offered a 2 litre GTI engine from a mk4 golf, will this fit into my 9n polo with little faff or would it not be worth the job? I’ve been offered the engine and gearbox for free so I wouldn’t mind upgrading a few parts such as brakes
