Oil update (0W40)

I got a very good deal on some Mannol 0W40 last autumn and thought I would try it out. The oil meets VW spec (502, 505) and also MB and Porsche specs. I saw a definite improvement in starting, running and driveability over the winter months and an increase in mpg. I was surprised to notice the difference from 5W when starting up and driving from cold.
