VW Polo 1,2 TSI Parking sensor questions

Hi there, my VW Polo 1,2 TSI curently has RCD210 in it and no parsking sensors or reverse camera

So my plan is to change RCD210 to RNS510 and add bluetooth module, parking sensors and camera

Now there is a problem
the car will be sold one day, and I want to keep RNS510 to myself as it will spend the rest of its live with bluetooth module on my bench

you know how people are, they will replace a great headunit for a cheap chinese crap the first month that they have the car, just because it doesn't have carplay (they don't know how to retrofit it) and they think navigation cannot be updated

And buying cheacp chinese headunit for 200€ (or lower) seams easier to do then to retrofit carplay to RNS and update the maps (look just read this post: https://www.vwvortex.com/threads/rns510 ... -116034565)

I rather put RCD210 back and have them replace that then to give them my RNS510 + bluetooth module (which I spent my time searching where to buy it and what bluetooth module is compatible with it)

The problem are the parking sensors now
In the manual: https://www.vdveer-engineering.nl/en/in ... -polo-2010
page 45 it says that the car (if fiited with) has something called optical parking system (OPS) and if you have RCD310 or 510 or RNS510 it will show sensor location

Well will the basic beaper work without RNS510 present (with only RCD210) once I remove my RNS510 if I had optical parking system (OPS)?
Because if radio can be changed back, bluetooth module removed and camera can be clipped off, parking sensors, once installed are not realy easy to remove, because they leave holes in the bumper and I am not sure how to sell the car with non functioning parking sensors (even if the car is not advertised as having them, people will easly spot them and ask if they work)

What parts are usualy installed when dealer (or independent repair shop) retro fits parking sensors?

Thanks for Anwsering and Best Regards

I would think that either of these places would use aftermarket kits to cut down on the labour costs - if not, then the cost would be so high that few people would want this work carried out on their cars.

Aftermarket kits will be "stand alone" so very easy to retro fit into cars by someone that did not have the skills to retro fit as per the factory.

Obviously there are places that will retro fit very close to as "per factory" and so integrate this new function into the infotainment system, but the cost will reflect that sort of retro fit.

I retro fitted as close to factory as I could, when I added front sensors to my Audi S4 when it was only 4 years old, I bought new and used parts, bought bespoke cable harnesses and altered some of them where necessary to suit my exact car, then programmed the car to accept this change - and even doing it that way, it cost quite a lot of money - but it was what I wanted and done in the way I wanted it to be.

Edit:- VW Group dealerships in UK used to use Cobra kits supplied in VW Group branded boxes, Vodaphone Automobile bought Cobra alarms or that part of the business.
