Headlamp Auto Levelling Mechanism

Hi All,
It looks like the auto levelling assembly has failed on one of my headlights.(2016 GTI). I can hear the motor turning but it's not adjusting. Has anyone had the same fault and has anyone tried to open the sealed unit to repair?
I'd be grateful for any advice or if anyone has a spare unit for sale. Headlight part number 6C2 941 035A.
