Rear brake shoe hold down spring washers

Hi Folks. The washers/caps that the pins through the hold down springs latch into are almost rusted through (the ones you turn 90 degrees to remove). Ebay sellers give a choice. Do I need Girling type or Lockheed?

Again I'll answer my own question to maybe help others. The answer is Lockheed type. Girling have a smaller slot and a less dished shape.
