Oil in intake/intercooler EA111 CAXA 1.4 TSI

I have an coolwater leak somewhere. But i cant find where it leaks.
The car has been at the garage they refitted some stuff on the right hand side. (cilinder 4 side) Because they thought the leak was from somewhere there.
But that did not help. I still have a leak. I need to refill like 1 liter every 200KM/s

I saw and read that a common problem was a leaky intercooler in the intake. So i unscrewd the MAP sensor. Is was oily so i decided to remove the intake.

There is some oil in the intake. The throttle body has oil, the pipe to the turbo also has an oil resedue.

Can someone please tell me what is wrong? And does this explain the loss of coolant ?

The car has i think a faulty coil. But that is an problem that came after the coolant leak. I already ordered a new coil.
The car does run good. No stutter and seems to have all the power it should have.

Few months ago we went for a long drive knowing we had to refill every few 100 km's but on the highway we did not need to add coolant. i think it uses more water when drining short distances. But im not sure that about that.

Ik have made some photo's

OIl is "normal", but that's a lot.
My charge pipe also looks like that. It will leave a pool of oil on the floor if I leave it for just a minute.

My coolant also goes down in the EA211, but takes a while and I have no obvious leak. Could just be coolant reservoir cap or I'm leaking at the pump on the cylinder head behind the covers and it's not showing.

That oil at the intake pipe does look a little milky though.

i poured also some UV fluid in the coolant.
When shing on the turbo pipe it does light op a little but Oil in general seems to light up in UV light.
So i cant be certain it is coolant residue.

From the outside we cant find any obvious leakings with the UV light.
