Hi all


Does anyone know the location of the can bus gateway? i have looked underneath the steering column but cannot see it.
i have ran a search for the unit and they do sell around 4 different variants on ebay.
I ask because i have some random, non linked faults: random activation of parking / proximity sensors, the wing mirror heating button activates the front and rear windscreen wipers, misfire on cylinders 1 and 2 (found out using VCDS).

On a TSI Polo 6R and 6C it's integrated into the BCM, that's located on top of your pedals. The only exception is a rare case where you have a 6R with start/stop system and a 088 BCM.
