P0221 error only when pulling away

Hiya the 1.2tsi polo has DSG and when you go to drive off the epic light comes on and there's no power if I clear the error code P0221 it will rev up no problem but put it in drive and pull away ping on comes the doc. I have renewed the throttle body with a pierburg and renewed the connector and terminals to it with no change we have resistance checked the wires between the Ecu and throttle body too. Any ideas???
