Timing Chain Replacement

Hi all,

Currently in need of a timing chain replacement. Before looking into it I didn't actually know how bad the chain is on the 1.2 N/A engine. Heard a lot of people have trouble with them because of this. My car has now done 77,000 miles, being fully serviced by myself every 10,000 since 47,000. Recently I've heard a rattle from starting from cold and it is due a replacement from what VW say, miles or years what ever comes first!
I've been in contact with a few garages, but had no luck so far. They don't want to do the job!
I'm from around Norwich, has anyone had their chain done from a trustworthy garage around my area? Or even in the UK, I'm not to bothered about traveling.
Just need a trustworthy garage who will also provide a warranty for the work carried out.
Apart from the water pump and the tensioners, if I'm going through all the hassle of taking the engine apart, is there anything else worth checking or replacing ?
