Problems with Gear shift lever staying in reverse

Ladies / Gents,
My daughters 1.0 litre Polo 6N2 has problems with the gear shift lever staying in the reverse position.
The rubber block on the bottom of the lever is missing.
I am having trouble trying to source a replacement lever (Part No. 6N0711112B ).
Does anybody know where one could be sourced or if there is an alternative patent / spurious / oem part out there that can be purchased.
