I can't lower or raise automatically all 4 windows in my Skoda Rapid 2014 1.6 TDİ spaceback.
All windows except the driver's window need to be pressed while lowering and pressed while raising. The driver's window also needs to be pressed while raising.

Only the driver's window has a 2-stage button. It's only when lowering. You need to hold it down to raise it up because it's a single stage.

I have 2 questions. If I find a 2-stage down and 2-stage up button for all 4 windows, will it work or do I need to change the modules in the doors? Or if not, do I need to install a module instead?

I'm afraid you need new WRMs with electronic management via LIN, your current ones are only electric (no brain).

Is there an example wrm part code?

In the wiring diagrams for SK Rapid NH PQ25 there are no WRMs via LIN, you will have to use the WDs from the 6R or Transporter.
The WRMs via LIN are represented in the autoscan as subsystems in the BCM -J386/7/8/9- together with the RLS, Anti-theft alarm sensors, electric roof and MFSW.
I have not found any SK Rapid NH Autoscan on the net with WRMs as subsystems.

I guess the first thing you will have to do is find WRMs with electronic management (LIN) that are physically compatible for your Rapid.
Maybe those belonging to the 6R, Transporter (T5.1, T6) or anyother PQ25 model, I don't know, it's just a guess.
Use the online ETKA and search for images in your browser with the Ref number as search term,

Then, if you find them, you will have to adapt the wiring to those new WRMs. The LIN used for the WRMs is connected to the BCM on pin T73b/17.
