Mfd & Cruise Control Retrofit Possible? And how?

Hello everyone. Firstly I want to point out that I'm new to cars.
I just bought a 1.4i Seat Ibiza 6l from late 2006, dated as 2007, facelift. The car is really great but it misses some "must have" features for me.
How can I retrofit the MFD along cruise control? I know I have to buy new stalks, but do I also have to buy a new instrument cluster from a car that has MFD from factory? Or can I just do some VCDS magic and activate MFD on my current cluster after installing the new stalks? (I will not be doing this procedure myself but I want to know every detail about it).
Ill attach a picture of a cluster just like mine for better understanding.
