VW has announced that it will halt assembly of the popular Polo from 14 April to 12 May 2025 to allow for upgrades to its Kariega, Eastern Cape factory.

. What is it with pretty much all vehicle manufacturers’ model ranges being dominated by SUV’s? Hopefully SUV domination doesn’t mean the death of the B segment (Polo-sized) hatchback……………
