I am planning to replace my Engine oil in my VW Polo BlueMotion 2016 .999ltr but can't find anywhere in the owners manual how much oil to put in, does anyone know where to find this info or how much to put in?

Typically 3.9-4 litres.

But, you put in until it reaches the top mark on the dipstick.
Start the engine, run for like 10-20 seconds, then recheck and top up. Level will go down a bit as the filter fills up.
