cluster swap and immobilizer/mileage

Hi. i have a 2010 Polo 6R Highline and i would like to install a 2010 GTI speedometer (6R0 920 870).

i would have no problem having this programmed at VW. However, it is not possible to adjust the mileage there. Is there any way to reset the cluster to factory?

If not, I have read that the IMMO data/mileage can also be transferred (both cluster are from VDO), but this does not work without the aes-key from the flash (since this area in encrypted). Can it be read without expensive tools? Unfortunately, I don't know anyone else who can do this.
(I have a TL866II Plus, which may be able to read the flash memory. But to be honest, I've never really dealt with speedometers.)

Kind regards

you'll need to read it with an immo tool and a working key to decrypt it

Unfortunately, I don't have an IMMO tool. I only have VCDS and VCP.
I had also considered converting from 24c32 to 24c64 in order to be able to update to the latest version.
(Are there any instructions for this somewhere? I only found one for other NEC clusters)

But all of that will probably only work if I can get the speedometer programmed. Who can I contact about something like that?
(In Germany or possibly neighboring countries, but shipping would probably be expensive.)

You need VVDI2 or Abrites to read, decrypt and transfer immo4 data. Search people with these sw
