Front left light problem

Hi! vw polo 6R 2011 1.6tdi
The front left side marker light is not on. Right light works fine. The bulb is working. Is the problem in the wiring or in the fuse? Where to look for the problem? I wanted to add additional lights. I probably spliced the wires to the short one.
