VW Polo 2018 1.0 TSI – Intermittent Soft Clutch & Weak Engagement Issue

Hello, I have VW Polo 2018 1.0 TSI. With only 20k km.
Sometimes clutch pedal feel soft on pressing, like it is half pressed, but it is not. When this happen, seems hard to change gear, like blocking on car,
This is happened randomly not in order situation
It's like when you press pedal it's soft and goes down fast
And impossible to change gear
After that it's fixed himself and working perfectly, till next time
Brake and clutch share same fluid. Fluid level is OK but I don’t know when last time changed. I read maybe old fluid or air make this problem, or maybe slave cylinder?
Anyone had this problem? Can bleeding fluid fix this? Or need gearbox out and change slave cylinder?
