Hi, My polo 6c Rline 3 doors is due MOT soon, I've realise this tear in my driver seltbelt may cause my MOT to fail.

I brought a seltbelt replacement (I like the webbing on 6R3857706BTTM but its not what i have in my car). It's arriving the day before the MOT. I'm looking for torque value for the 4 bolts, 1 shoulder, 1 belt tensioner and 2 for the rail guide where the end of webbing is threadthough.

Replacing seatbelt with battery disconnect shouldnt talke too much time. The B pillar trim and cover at the rear is easily remove as Ive put some extra sound dreadening in the quarter panel area in the past (for 3 door models, there quiet big void area there, even though there already sound deadening material in there from factory). Ive just left two clips attach in there so have access to the area easily when in the future to complete a future diy.

Can anyone help with those torque values? Do I need new bolts ?Thanks in advance.

Ok, I've managed to find the values in the pdf I have in my computer.

Shoulder - 40nm
Belt tensioner - 40nm
Rail - 20nm

No mention of renew bolt.

I've replaced my Sealbelt but fail MOT on Broken front coil spring and ARB droplink. Those was replaced only two years ago,
Meyle HD droplinks and Orginal factory shock and spring. I don't recall hit any pothole hard. I did notice one side is slightly higher than other by a few mm awhile back but didn't look underneath.
