Aftermarket Tail lights

Hi all 
I was hoping you guys could help me.
I recently installed aftermarket LED tail lights ( from halogen to LED), no errors on dash but.. My coding is just not coding.
Tried to find some sort of information of what correct options to choose on each adaptation on Central module 9. I am genuinely lost.
Does someone knows which correct nominals to choose?
I have OBDeleven and I swear I do not understand these options , which is correct type of load, what should or shouldn't be active.
I would truly appreciate any help.
P.S. I have looked through OBDeleven forums, facebook groups, even good old chatgpt and I cannot find accurate answer.
