Hi to all.
Probably it's my fault and you'll know what is happened before.
My Polo is a bluemotion year 2010 and I wanted to bypass the electronic of my BCM to have the Coming and Leaving home function like an OEM style.
A few years ago I purchased a bluetooth light switch with automatic function, but in my car the CH/LH function enable only the parking lights; so my project was to enable the fog lights when the parking light are on, only at ignition off.
To do this I use two realy:
- First relay, when the ignition is OFF, parking lights and fog lights are ON
- Second relay, when the ignition is ON, the first relay is disconnected so the lights work normally.
Unfortunately I think probably I do a wrong connection and nothing works or the BCM lock something.

Anyway the real problem now is: when the ignition is OFF and the parking lights are ON (for the CH/LH), the front wiper are ON for the CH/LH time (eg: 10 seconds)

sounds like you made a mistake in your wiring and took a wiper instead of a fog light.
remember, on this model with start/stop, the fog lights will each have a wiring since you're having cornering lights.

I don't know if I've found a true solution but in my case it worked and now I want to share the "solution".

In VCDS -> Select Control Module -> 09-Cent. Elect. -> Coding - 07 -> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 14 -> Bit 2: Service Position for Front Wiper active

Basically, by disabling the bit, the front wipers no longer activate when the engine is off and the parking lights are on

Unfortunately I can't remember if this bit was enabled before or maybe it was enabled by my mistake, but now all is ok
