Hi All,

Im new to the boards, I have a MK2 GTi 8v and thinking of selling. Looking at a few different options and a polo been one of them

My question is.

After a chip & remap and full SS, induction kit what sort of BHP would you be looking at.?

Another question, what sort of sites are out there to look at tunning options for the polo

Hubba Hubbaâ„¢ Luverly motor Geez

Welcome to the site, seems like were getting more people joining all the time, nice to see some people from across the waters too. Always nice to hear different oppinions.

1 Rule of the board though, dont take everything too seriously lol :¬P

for example

take that b1tch !

Regarding your Questions, from what ive heard as a general rule, a Zorst and an air filter alone should get you up to around the 140bhp mark (if its tuned nicely obviously) with a remap as well, i cant see why u wont be pushing the 150bhp mark.

I have seen some Gti's hovering around the 167bhp mark, but that was with cams changed and also other minorish stuff done.

To be honest though, the Polo GTI, ive found anyway, keeps up with 2 litres+ if you drive them hard enough.

There fab :¬P *drools over his baby*

haha
