if i was you i would not use them.

i have been waiting 5weeks for something to turn up.
they keep telling 2weeks for the last 2weeks.
they even told me today another 9 days at least.

the keep saying its their suppliers, but dont even phone me to tell me that my items are going to be late.

last time i ordered something they sent me a ignition barrel for a beetle and i don't own 1. all i wanted was a petrol filter.

i have heard that there has been a few complaints about them too on other forums not just for watercooled parts.

just phoned me and told me i will not be getting it as its not on their next order. ARSEHOLES.
will have to wait till janaury now

Gutted :(

I've had a similar nightmare with Tesco.net's broadband service - although its not quite the same field, its still infuriating to be left for weeks on end without any contact, then to get an e-mail to say "sorry, not yet, we'll contact you in 7 days", then 7 days later the same thing over!

Ask 'em for your money back and go somewhere else if you can - or possibly wait for the parts and then push them for a goodwill gesture for holding you up for so long?

Are the parts you're after rare as hen's teeth or something?
