And I think it's gonna make between £2250 and £3500 - shame it's a 5 door

£3k for a GTi - cheap as chips! It'd be a cheap donor car for a 6n GTi engine conversion... plus you could sell off the alloys for quite a bit, and o0o0o leather interior!! Those xenons are worth a bit of cash too.
