hello people!

just wondering who has got color coded side door sills on their 9n?
if you do/do not please state

1. year/regi
2. number of doors

mines an 2004 model, 5dr and has black door sills.
however, i have seen a few 3drs and 5drs with cc'd sills

is this a random thing? i know logistix has painted his blue, but is this safe and will it invalidate the warrenty? (ie will it rust sooner? )

Mine is 5th month og '03. 2 doors with black sills. I'm planning on painting them. I think you should't worry about rust cause it's plastic. The only problem is tha they have to be painted really good or else after some washes the will become black again

August 2004 (2005 Model year) 5 door sport 1.9 tdi and has black door sills.

i had never realised they didn't all have colour coded sills until i had a look at the brochure!

No i didn't know either till nelson once said he wanted to paint his black .

COLOUR CODED

Er mine were black but then again I think you can see from my sig pic why!

It was proper colour codedd though in the pearl unlike my mates silver GT with the matt black on the bottom of the sills.

Weird?

Mine is from 2002(1.4 tdi) and has blak side sills, but i´m going to paint them.
