I personally think the Up! is the logical replacement to the Lupo and Fox.
The Polo seems more refined and larger car for a different market.
You'd take the Up! into town to go shopping... You'd use the Polo as a small family car.

Re: First car!
Welcome to the forum! Very nice first car - safe, reliable and good looking... Good choice! Debadge and start detailing :) get some good shampoo, two buckets, grout sponges, plush drying towel, polish, wax and microfiber cloths and keep it sparkling at all times!! Better to have a mint standard car ...

Not many posts are needed before the restrictions are listed.
We've had a hell of a time with spam, and this is the only way round it I'm afraid.

Re: "Lip on the disc or pad"

For example. . .during my MOT they saw my rear wiper wasn't spraying cleaning fluid and it was leaking out the bottom. . .do...

Wow wow wow wow wow! Sorry to break up the party, but the ONLY income that this forum gets in order to keep it running is via the sale of genuine UK-POLOS.NET stickers. Unless you're going to get a hybrid turbo or inject some gas in the future, you are unlikely to have more than 300-320 lbft, so I'd personally get the dual-mass version for comfort.
