I agree with DXG on this. I have thought on more than one occassion about changing the Polo GTi for a Lupo. The comparable cost/spec of a Lupo to the Polo is appalling. The spec is no where near as good. You pay more than the Polo cost and get less. On the plus side you do get a 6 speed box! hmmmmm,...

Whilst my car was under warrenty it had 5 rims replaced due to this type or corrosion.

For me it depends on how long you plan to keep the car as far as dealer history is concerned. If you only keep it for say 4 years (from new) keep it dealer. If its something you want to keep long term, then for me, as long as its serviced well, then I don't think it really matters who does it as lon...
