In Melbourne, Australia mate.

I'm 6'1" and find it pretty comfy, I would like to sit a bit lower but it's fine on the lowest setting.

Those bulbs looks great! They look to be exactly the same as these ones on ebay, same light output rating and temperature (750lm & 6000k) but the ebay ones are far cheaper. Installed an SMD LED interior bulb kit, made a big difference inside.

My dealer sent me a couple photos earlier today, picking her up on Thursday. Can't wait!

I have found this with every new car I have purchased, you just need to give it some time for the motor to loosen up. You'll find your mpg will get better with more km's, It usually takes a few thousand km's before I can get anywhere near claimed fuel consumption.
