I have the same problem with my Golf. All my parking dents are from work! I always ry to park away from the rest but they still end up denting my car!

Air's not the only option, I agree with Tim. I've had a kerb altered before so i say get onto the council!

They do seize on, same as my mk4 did. As said, soak it in loads of WD40.

When i had my badgeless grill i used uber strong double sided tape to hold the infill on with - no problems what so ever!
