Re: Front wiper Fault! 1 week old car!
"7 to 10 day lead time on part" that normally indicates that there is currently a big demand for that part, which kind of follows what other Polo and Fabia owners are finding. Your dealer might be correct, or they are just being lazy and blaming a part which does seem to be failing to soon ...

A third warning light also appeared (manual stated emissions/engine management fault light). I think the dealer is having ...

Front wiper Fault! 1 week old car!
Saturday night and guess what, my front windscreen wipers have failed! Warning light is on and the wipers do not work at all apart from when on the highest speed setting!?

Start stop system error light is also on ...

You then often have to wait a few seconds or the pump will just continually click.
Was this the case?
Fuel level was between 1/4 and the red. It should be noted the car has only done 100miles and therefore the fuel ...

Potential issue? Fuel pressure sound/vapour when opening fuel cap
Hi all,
Picked up my new polo SE 1.0tsi 95 on Saturday and went to refuel it last night. I’ll start by saying I’m not very mechanically minded! Upon opening the fuel cap it was almost as if there was a release of pressure and fuel vapour ( with accompanying ‘whooshing’ noise) which was considerably ...
