@SamEvans it has popped up 2 or 3 times I believe but every time I clear it, it doesn’t return for months. Did a scan the other week and no return of it so don’t know! Sorry no idea then! Whenever they have done repairs on my car they always look on the boot for the paint code, maybe have a look in the boot for a sticker or something where the spare wheel goes?
