Re: Tapping/Rattling noise when accelerating
SO the sound doesn't go away once accelerating faster ? Mines only there at low rpm, so between idle-1100 rpm when at a stand still, or around 2000rpm when moving. no or very low noise otherwise. Have changed everything I can think off now and it's still there. I think the best route now is for you...

Re: Tapping/Rattling noise when accelerating
My dad has an old passat and one time an injector broke and every time I would accelerate a tapping like sound started. The higher the revs the faster the sounds were.
IDK if this can happen with the 6R's injectors.

Re: 64 6C Polo suspension cost effective upgrade stage 1
I think that rear is pretty wobbly with standard suspension even with low profile tires. Rear roll bar or strut brace would help. I think lowering will help you more than sway bar on front and make it settle way better. The front is allready stiff enough. Lowering+ stifffer and wider tires and push...

Re: 64 6C Polo suspension cost effective upgrade stage 1
So I am prepping my daughters first car 64 plate SEL and notice stock it is a bit folly in the corners, more than I would like and so am getting these to help tighten it all up in the handling. The polo is already quite hard on the rear end from the factory, so don’t want to lower it currently, unl...

What wheels fit on a 1.2TDI
Hello,
I am about to purchase a set of wheels for my polo but I can't figure out how the ET works.
The web says the polo requires an ET of 46 on 16inch wheel.
My question is: will a set of 16 inch, 5x100, 7jx16H2, ET38 fit on my car?

Re: "Eagle Eyes" Headlights opinion.
These kind of headlights can be used with proper alignment of beam pattern without glaring the on coming traffic. I've seen many strange headlights with wierd and glaring light output from many car manufacturers and it's perfectly legal..😂 Here is the link to headlights: https://a.aliexpress.com/_d...

Re: "Eagle Eyes" Headlights opinion.
Hello mirceaculita.. welcome! I have same kind of headlights but Chinese version and not Taiwan made Eagle eye version. Eagle eye headlights are ok ok kind of stuff, quality is strictly average. There are 2 big disadvantages of these (Eagle eye) headlights. 1. DRL's are not proper DRL's, they turn ...

Re: Change the speed at which steering assist is lowered or increased.
I use GTI steering coding, feels a bit to light for my taste. Dont know why you would want it any lighter. Did you check the fluid level of your pump, maybe bleed it? Yeah it's all fine. From what I understand the settings differ in weight depending on the engine. The gti steering is nice and heavy...

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.2TDI Bluemotion --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
Yes, I dont think you need to add anything to make the cluster work, but I would recommend to install either TRIP buttons or a MFSW to operate the MFD+ I have lots of plans for my car. This thread here would be like "the goal" hehe. I do have some priorities tho before I get into more tec...

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.2TDI Bluemotion --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
I think there is one for sale here: https://uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=75240 You need someone to adapt the immobiliser to your car. Oh boy it ain't cheap. So except for the immobiliser it should be mostly plug and play? Note my car is as basic as they get so my MFD doesn't even display m...
